What to expect at your first visit
Plan for approximately 90 minutes. You complete a detailed consultation and receive your first acupuncture session in the same visit, when appropriate. We place single-use, sterile needles with clean technique. We review benefits, risks, and alternatives before treatment.
Our approach to acupuncture
We select acupuncture points based on your presentation and goals. Session length and number of points vary by concern. Many patients describe a calm, heavy, or warm sensation around the needles. We adjust for comfort, including gentle options when preferred.
